 W.G. Smith Construction Co., Inc. is a residential home builder with a long list of satisfied customers. Established in 1986 by Bill Smith and joined by his son Jarrett in 2005, the company has demonstrated time and again it's commitment to quality and value in every home built. To ensure that each new home meets W.G. Smith's high standards, only quality construction materials are used and skilled craftsmen are employed. Most of these craftsman have been working with W.G. Smith since the beginning building a solid team and seamless communication throughout the construction process.

 Warranty Program
Every new W.G. Smith Construction home comes with a transferable 10-year new home warranty from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. 2-10 HBW is the nation's premier 10-year new home warranty company and is backed by Liberty Mutual®.
In the first year, W. G. Smith Construction warrants your home against defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of non-conformity with 2-10 HBW's warranty standards. Through the second year, your home is warranted against defects in the wiring, piping, and duct work and the performance of the home's systems and major structural defects as defined in the warranty. For ten years, should a major structural defect occur during this period, 2-10 HBW will either replace, repair or pay you the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing the defect or item necessary to restore the structural integrity to your home as defined in the warranty.
Your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is a resale tool for you since it is automatically transferred to subsequent buyers. If you should sell your new home during the warranty period, your buyer will also have the same assurance and peace of mind, for the remainder of the warranty.
